Responsibilities

development and maintenance of up-to-date technical and operational documentation, such as user documentation, instructions, passports, operating instructions, etc.
editing and formatting technical and operational documentation to ensure clarity, logic and ease of use
creation of templates and development of information architecture
analysis of the legal framework and development of documents for legalization and codification of products
interaction with production units, technical experts, developers, engineers, product management and other departments of the unit to collect the necessary information and ensure compliance with the requirements of documentation
selection of the format, style and language appropriate to the audience for which the documentation is intended (technical specialists, end users, management, etc.)
development of supporting materials such as graphs, diagrams, video tutorials, etc.
updating and updating of current documentation
testing the created documentation to check its effectiveness and clarity
compliance with internal and external standards of technical documentation

more than 3 years of experience in writing documentation for information systems
experience in developing regulatory documents
experience in developing instructions for setting up information security, cybersecurity
experience in developing documentation for information systems, architectures of information systems
experience in developing software documentation
