Responsibilities
- providing technical support to users
- diagnostics and troubleshooting of software, equipment and network
- installation, configuration and updating of operating systems (Windows / Linux) and application software
- work on automation of routine technical support tasks
Requirements
- responsibility, discipline, correct work with users
- experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs, peripherals and network equipment
- confident work with Windows, Linux, macOS
- understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, VPN, NTP)
- experience with CLI (CMD, Bash)
- remote support (SSH, RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
- Basic understanding of WEB/HTTP
