Responsibilities

system administration of a wide range of systems and users
development and support of knowledge base and infrastructure map
automation: build scripts, deploy deb packages, images, containers, etc.
backups: multi-level backup system
monitoring: building and maintaining dashboards, smart alerts
work with security: access rights, encryption, key and password rotation, proactive vulnerability scanning and log analysis tools
Planning: Timely allocation of sufficient resources and capabilities
building fault-tolerant systems and processes
review of work and improving the level of knowledge of colleagues

confident understanding of networks, protocols, practical experience with Linux, VPN (Tailscale, WireGuard), network equipment OS, virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Incus/LXC)
experience in writing and supporting scripts, maintaining an infrastructure knowledge base
confident work with VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Firewall (iptables)
understanding the principles of VPN
knowledge of Linux (Systemd, Deb), Bash
experience with ZFS/RAID
experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Zabbix, etc.)
confident knowledge of networks and protocols: routing tables, network interfaces

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
necessary conditions for performing the tasks
