Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
Coverage by Fire
knowledge of their weapons and their combat capabilities, keeping them in good condition
destruction of enemy manpower
Timely maintenance of their own weapons
support and maintenance of fire weapons and special equipment
destruction of detected targets at the command of the squad commander or independently
execution of fire missions from small arms at a long distance with high accuracy and efficiency
continuous improvement of skills in handling weapons
support of combat training and skill in shooting from various types of weapons

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
position of rank and file
high level of motivation and stress resistance
good physical preparation
willingness to learn and work in dynamic conditions
high motivation to defend the homeland

contract service for a period of 1 year
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
extraordinary passage of the VLC
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
annual financial assistance for recovery
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
