Requirements
- age from 18 years
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- having combat experience will be an advantage
- completed basic military training course will be an advantage
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
What We Offer
- contract service for a period of 1 year
- cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
- extraordinary passage of the VLC
- completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
- compensation for housing during the service
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- cash allowance from 40 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses for taking prisoners)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- service in the zone of active hostilities
- training before entering the position and, if necessary, training in professional training both in Ukraine and abroad
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
- career prospects and leadership skills development
- guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
- free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
- social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15 million
