Responsibilities

performing tasks as part of the unit in accordance with the orders of the command
proper handling of fixed weapons and equipment
maintenance of weapons and personal equipment in a good and ready for use condition
compliance with established safety rules when working with weapons
participation in fire, tactical and physical training classes
interaction with the commander and other servicemen of the unit
compliance with the requirements of military discipline and internal order
performance of other tasks within the official duties

proper level of physical fitness and endurance
discipline, responsibility and psychological stability
attentiveness and willingness to comply with safety rules
experience in military service or working with weapons will be an advantage
readiness to master a military specialty and undergo professional training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel by consent
providing the necessary military equipment, protective equipment and equipment
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
payment of annual assistance for health improvement in the amount of monthly financial support
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract

support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
