Senior Firefighter

Responsibilities

participation in hostilities, performing fire support for infantry, destroying enemy manpower and firing points with flamethrowers
performing tasks as part of infantry units, providing fire support and cover for other servicemen during the offensive or defense
responsibility for maintenance, repair and preparation of flamethrowers, as well as other special equipment used in the unit
ensuring safety when using flamethrowers, as well as during movement and combat operations
compliance with the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, execution of orders of commanders and maintaining discipline in the unit
storage and maintenance of assigned weapons and military property

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
responsibility and attention to detail
readiness for training and execution of command orders
ability to work in conditions of high responsibility and tension

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
