Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
performance of maintenance
knowledge of their weapons and their combat capabilities, keeping them in good condition
control over the implementation of tasks within the unit
participation in strategic and tactical planning operations
interaction with other members of the unit via radio communication (knowledge of codes and commands)
maintaining combat training and skills in shooting from various types of weapons
continuous professional development, training
performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

knowledge of intelligence tactics, cartography, topography and principles of fire adjustment will be an advantage
ability to analyze and find a way out of non-standard situations
high level of motivation and stress resistance
refusal to use alcohol and psychotropic substances
having experience in combat operations will be an advantage
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
Responsibility and Discipline

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security in accordance with the current legislation up to 220 000 UAH
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
full material security and social guarantees
training both in Ukraine and abroad
career prospects and leadership skills development
annual financial assistance for recovery
training and service under the guidance of trained and experienced commanders
the status of a participant in hostilities
involvement of candidates with combat experience in 2014−2024 directly in the unit without an entry about BZVP
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
