Responsibilities

participation in combat operations and effective use of fire weapons to destroy enemy manpower and equipment
coordination of fire support within their unit during combat operations
ensuring security for themselves and other members of the unit during combat missions
maintaining fire weapons and special equipment in good condition and readiness for use
regular maintenance of their own weapons
transfer of experience to junior shooters, assistance in their training and adaptation to combat conditions

age from 18 years
high physical endurance to perform tasks in difficult conditions
psychological stability, ability to work under high pressure
previous experience of military service or participation in hostilities will be an advantage
knowledge and ability to work with various types of fire weapons and other equipment
ability to observe military discipline, responsibility and attentiveness

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
