- control over the preparation and technical condition of sapper equipment
- responsibility for the work performed
- maintenance of specialized sapper equipment
- engineering preparation of positions
- leadership of the sapper unit
- engineering equipment of positions, objects and areas of placement
Requirements
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
- secondary education
- discipline and stress resistance
- management skills of the unit
- responsibility, attentiveness, discipline
- leadership qualities and ability to organize the work of subordinates
- high physical endurance and stress resistance
