Responsibilities

performing reconnaissance tasks using high-precision sniper equipment: collecting data about the enemy at long distances, identifying important targets (commanders, UAV operators, snipers) and transmitting information to the command
destruction of priority targets from a long distance using specialized sniper weapons, in particular, in difficult weather conditions and in conditions of limited visibility
transmission of accurate coordinates for correction of artillery fire or other fire support to increase the effectiveness of hitting targets
use of advanced camouflage techniques to remain unnoticed during reconnaissance operations behind enemy lines
transfer of experience to younger fighters, training in tactics and sniper skills
directing a sniper pair or a small reconnaissance group

age from 18 years
high physical and psychological stability, readiness for a long stay in ambush, significant physical exertion and work in stressful conditions
excellent sniper training, ability to work with high-precision sniper weapons and optical devices
the ability to quickly analyze the situation, assess risks and make the right decisions
observance of military discipline, subordination and responsible attitude to the performance of tasks

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
