Responsibilities

unconditional execution of orders of commanders and tasks, including combat ones as part of the unit
perfect knowledge and skillful possession of all types of weapons and equipment of the department, their correct storage, use and personal verification of their availability, maintenance and combat readiness
knowledge of weapons, aiming and surveillance devices, their constant maintenance in combat readiness
daily inspection and constant maintenance in order and serviceability of weapons, equipment and property of the department, monitoring their availability
maintaining combat readiness of fixed weapons and ammunition
Observance of Military Discipline
execution of fire missions, including preparation for fire contacts, holding positions and providing fire support
participation in exercises and trainings to improve military skills

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the area of active hostilities
ability to work in a team and follow instructions
high responsibility, ability to make decisions in stressful situations
ability to work in conditions of high physical and psychological load
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
Desire to dedicate yourself to service in the army

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
cash allowance from 40 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses for taking prisoners)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of returning to service for servicemen in the SZCH
Full State Support
guaranteed basic combined arms training (BZVP) for people who have not served before and professional training to acquire skills for individual positions
30 days of paid vacation per year
