Responsibilities

performing combat missions with the use of a mortar
interaction with the platoon commander
ensuring the technical serviceability of guidance (sights) and mortar serviceability
assistance in training room service
control of constant readiness of sighting devices and mechanisms of guidance of mortar for combat use, accuracy of fire
aiming mortar at the target
support and maintenance of fire weapons and special equipment
readiness to perform tasks in combat conditions
organization of work of mortar crew

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
high military discipline and responsibility
responsible attitude to the performance of assigned tasks
experience in a similar position or desire to learn
experience with mortar and knowledge of specialized software will be an advantage
readiness to perform assigned tasks
ability to work in a team and manage subordinates

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
service in the zone of active hostilities
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
additional cash support in case of 30-day stay on the line of contact
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
