Responsibilities
- quick and accurate guidance of the gun on commands of the commander of the gun
- constant control over the readiness of sighting devices and gun guidance mechanisms for combat use
- ensuring proper operation, maintenance and repair of fire equipment, in particular optical and electronic systems
- compliance with established rules and safety requirements during the performance of duties
- compliance with the rules of discipline and subordination
Requirements
- ability to work in a team and navigate in changing conditions
- knowledge of tactics and strategy of combat operations
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- confident communication skills
- responsibility and ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Ability to work under high stress and responsibility
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
