Responsibilities
- organization of kitchen work and distribution of responsibilities between staff
- cooking in accordance with established food standards
- quality and freshness control of products
- compliance with cooking technology and sanitary and hygienic requirements
- quality control and timeliness of delivery of ready meals
- participation in the reception, storage and accounting of food products
- control of cleanliness of kitchen equipment and working premises
- compliance with labor protection and fire safety rules
- control of the work of cooks and support staff
Requirements
- experience as a cook - desirable
- experience in organizing the work of the kitchen or team will be an advantage
- knowledge of cooking technology and sanitary standards
- responsibility, organization and attentiveness
- physical endurance
- ability to work in a team and in conditions of increased workload
- readiness for service under the Basic Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission
