Responsibilities

development, modeling and production by 3D printing of parts, cases, fasteners, adapters, repair and other technical products for the needs of the unit
selection of plastic and other materials depending on the purpose of the product
setup, maintenance and minor repairs of 3D printers
quality control of finished parts, their dimensions and compliance with drawings
production of prototypes and functional parts according to the technical task
finalization of structures based on test results
maintaining a database of 3D models, printing settings and materials used
accounting of consumables and finished products
interaction with technical specialists of the unit to determine the needs and requirements for products
work with FDM/FFF and, if equipment is available, other 3D printing technologies
preparation of models for 3D printing and selection of optimal printing parameters
creating and editing 3D models in CAD programs

service in the unit of the Armed Forces
work mainly in an equipped workshop/production facility
work on technical tasks and priorities of the unit
the ability to work both on serial production of parts and on new designs;
provision of basic equipment and materials by the unit – depending on the specific position
mode of service and place of work are determined by the command and specifics of the unit
compliance with safety requirements, military discipline and rules for working with equipment
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
