Responsibilities

organization of accounting of material and technical means in the program SAP ERP/SAP S4/HANA
ensuring compliance of warehouse processes with regulatory requirements
processing of inventory movement, adjustment and write-off of material and technical means
learning new SAP features and adapting knowledge to user needs

understanding of SAP ERP system construction — general principles of the system operation, knowledge of the SAP user interface at the user level
experience in implementing SAP modules, software configuration
communication skills with technical support specialists and SAP developers
understanding the integration of procurement processes, warehouse accounting
confident knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), Google Workspace
ability to work in multitasking and in a dynamic environment

contract service for a period of 2 years or mobilization until the end of martial law
full support during registration directly to the brigade
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander

service in one of the cities of the Kharkiv region (100 km from the LBZ)
