Software Product Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

installation, configuration and implementation of products in accordance with the developed specification and implementation plan
product presentation, training and webinars
preparation of product implementation plans
collecting and analyzing user feedback and communicating with the team to improve the product
creation of documentation on the implementation process

experience in software implementation or software testing
PM/PO/BA experience in IT or setting up business processes in other industries is desirable
expertise in certain areas of military affairs (logistics, UAVs, air defense, takmed, office work, etc.)
understanding of processes in military units and military terminology
Ability and desire to learn quickly
deep knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace
initiative and proactivity
high level of communication skills
English proficiency at intermediate level and above
Bachelor's degree or higher
