Responsibilities

performance of combat missions in the specialty according to orders
performing surveillance, reconnaissance and target detection in different terrain conditions
collecting and transmitting information about the location and movement of enemy manpower and equipment
accurate destruction of certain targets at a long distance
point work on targets as part of a combat group
performing surveillance, reconnaissance and target detection in different terrain conditions
preparation of sniper weapons and optical devices, setting them up before performing the task
⁠evaluation of wind, distance, lighting and other factors affecting shooting accuracy
compliance with safety regulations and rules for handling weapons

age from 20 years
good vision and endurance
basic professional training or experience in accurate shooting
developed analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently
knowledge of tactical techniques of camouflage, covert movement and reconnaissance
lack of dependence on alcohol and narcotic substances
⁠no problems with the law
discipline and ability to strictly follow orders
desire to learn and develop
good physical and psychological condition
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
