Responsibilities

performing shooting tasks at a long distance with high accuracy and efficiency
ensuring the security and protection of military facilities and units
conducting intelligence activities and providing operational information to the command
participation in training and training to support and improve skills

Requirements

readiness for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
age from 18 years
physical endurance, ability to work under stress and high pressure
ability to work effectively in a team and follow command orders
possession of long-range shooting skills and the use of modern sniper weapons
knowledge of the basics and rules of security of military service
experience as a sniper will be an advantage, but training without experience is possible

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
cash allowance from 40 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses for taking prisoners)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of returning to service for servicemen in the SZCH
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service (for every 30 days of combat missions + UAH 70,000)

guaranteed basic combined arms training (BZVP) for people who have not served before and professional training to acquire skills for individual positions
30 days of paid vacation per year
