Responsibilities

ensuring high accuracy and efficiency of shooting
participation in the planning and coordination of military operations
perform tasks to neutralize threats and enemy forces
⁠support of units in the process of hostilities and defense at medium and long distances
reconnaissance, target designation and fire adjustment

complete general secondary education
absence of convictions
fitness for service due to health and moral qualities
good physical fitness will be an advantage
motivation to serve the Ukrainian people and protect the sovereignty of the state
absence of alcohol or drug addiction
high level of motivation and stress resistance
accurate shooting skills will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
compensation for housing during the service
medical care + dentistry and dental prosthetics
mortgage 0.0% per annum after the end of the contract under the "eOselya" program
the Social Guarantee
education in educational institutions within quotas at the expense of the state after the end of the contract
the right to travel abroad after 1 year of service
the ability to independently choose the place of passage of the VLC
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
service in the zone of active hostilities
