maintenance of weapons in constant combat readiness
destruction of the most important targets by fire at the command of the commander or independently (officers, observers, firepower maintenance, etc.)
use of protective and camouflage properties of the terrain to occupy a favorable firing position

readiness to work directly in the combat zone
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
knowledge and understanding of the basics of high-precision shooting
ability to act in extreme conditions will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the place of service
social benefits according to the current legislation: annual leave (30 calendar days), family leave (up to 10 days per year), medical care
social and legal guarantees for military personnel and their families
provision of all necessary means and equipment, proper nutrition
annual financial assistance for recovery
assistance to solve social and domestic issues
the status of a participant in hostilities
