Responsibilities

observation of the enemy
orientation on the ground
maintenance of weapons in constant combat readiness
destruction of the most important targets by fire at the command of the commander or independently (officers, observers, firepower maintenance, etc.)
skillful use of the protective and camouflage properties of the terrain and objects in order to occupy a favorable firing position to defeat the enemy by fire

readiness to work directly in the combat zone
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
ability to act in extreme conditions will be an advantage
knowledge and understanding of the basics of high-precision shooting

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the place of service
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave - 30 calendar days, family leave - up to 10 calendar days a year, medical care
social and legal guarantees for the protection of military personnel and members of their families
provision of all necessary means and equipment, proper nutrition
annual financial assistance for recovery
