Responsibilities

performing sniper tasks as part of the unit
destruction of detected enemy targets in accordance with orders
Observance of Military Discipline
timely service of own weapons, optics and special equipment
skillful use of the protective and camouflage properties of the terrain and objects in order to occupy a favorable firing position to defeat the enemy by fire
conducting covert surveillance and reconnaissance in combat conditions, collecting information about the enemy

Requirements

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
experience in military service will be an advantage
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
good physical preparation
accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
successfully completed course of tactical medicine will be an advantage
basic understanding of ballistics, structure and performance characteristics of small arms will be an advantage
ability to navigate the terrain (navigation/topography)

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
compensation for housing during the service
medical care + dentistry and dental prosthetics
mortgage 0.0% per annum after the end of the contract under the "eOselya" program
social guarantees (free travel, communal benefits, etc.)
education in educational institutions within quotas at the expense of the state after the end of the contract
the right to travel abroad after 1 year of service
the ability to independently choose the place of passage of the VLC
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
annual financial assistance for recovery
training before entering the position, if necessary, training in professional training both in Ukraine and abroad
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
