experience in SMM/content marketing (experience from 1 year is desirable)
practical experience in social networks, the ability to plan and regularly publish content on various platforms
creativity and ability to create interesting and high-quality content
experience in employer branding, PR, communications, recruiting campaigns will be an advantage
understanding the mechanics of social media growth: reach, retention, CTR, ER, conversion into action

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
