Responsibilities

Development of a weekly/monthly content plan
search for ideas and create scenarios for shooting
compliance with deadlines and responsibility
strategy creation: defining goals, audience and messages
formation of a living image
development and implementation of content strategy
creation and publication of content for social networks: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram
generating ideas for a content plan and writing scripts for videos taking into account military specifics
analytics and launch of targeted advertising

age from 18 years
willingness to learn and develop in your area of work
Understanding the values of the unit
creativity and ability to create interesting and high-quality content
responsibility and attention to detail
understanding the mechanics of social media growth: reach, retention, CTR, ER, conversion into action
ability to write briefly, strongly, in essence (in Ukrainian), without clericalism
experience in social networks
experience in employer branding, PR, communications, recruiting campaigns will be an advantage
desirable ability to work with targeted advertising (by agreement)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
