The SMM Manager

Responsibilities

development of media recognition of the unit
support of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, etc.): creating, adapting and publishing content, setting up targeted advertising campaigns
work with the audience: responding to comments, maintaining an active dialogue, increasing audience engagement
generating ideas for content and video scripts
work with advertising budgets: planning, distribution and optimization of costs
SMM analytics, tracking results and adapting the strategy to improve efficiency
archiving and preservation of content
analysis and reporting on activity in social networks, monitoring trends

creativity, ability to work with visual and text content
knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok algorithms
possession of tools for managing social networks and advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
writing skills (copywriting)
design skills, sense of style
experience in SMM field
Ability to work in Canva and Photoshop with ready-made templates
the ability to set up targeted advertising will be an advantage
analytical skills to evaluate results and continuously improve campaigns
responsibility, ability to work under stress and fast change of tasks
knowledge of English will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
service in the area of performing tasks by the brigade
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
15 days of official leave every 6 months (30 days per year + additional days if necessary)
possibility of business trips
