Responsibilities

maintaining a unit page on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and other social platforms
publishing content and interaction with the audience (replying comments and messages, maintaining community activity)
participation in the development and planning of the content plan
adaptation of content for different social platforms, taking into account their formats and audience
participation in the creation and implementation of recruiting information campaigns

higher education (preferably in communications, media, marketing or related fields)
experience as an SMM manager
confident knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (preferably knowledge of software: ChatGPT, LCD Meta, LCD TikTok)
understanding the methodology of viral content creation
proactivity, organization, attention to detail, sociability, stress resistance, systematic work, willingness to work in a military environment

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
respect and understanding of personal needs and requests, as well as comfortable working relationships in the team
