Responsibilities

shooting and editing video content (reels/shorts) about the life and work of the division
maintaining the unit's pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and other social platforms
publishing content and interaction with the audience (replying comments and messages, maintaining community activity)
writing texts: Hooks, offers, CTA for posts and advertising creatives
participation in the development and planning of the content plan
adaptation of content for different platforms, taking into account their formats and audience
participation in the creation and implementation of recruiting and fundraising information campaigns
testing of advertising creatives and analysis of basic metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)

experience in social networks and content creation (portfolio or examples of work are required)
confident knowledge of content creation tools: CapCut, Canva (AI tools — ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc. will be an advantage)
experience with advertising accounts (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) will be an advantage
understanding the methodology of viral content creation
ability to write short selling texts
basic skills in working with tables (Excel/Google Sheets) to control metrics
proactivity, organization, attention to detail, communication skills, willingness to work in a military environment

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
