The SMM Manager

Responsibilities

maintaining social networks of the unit (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
creation and publication of content (posts, stories, videos, infographics)
interaction with the audience (responses to comments, messages)
monitoring mentions and reactions to publications
development of a content plan together with the command of the unit
creation of visual content (simple graphics, collages, photo/video processing using Figma, Photoshop or other tools)
cooperation with photographers and cameramen to prepare materials
compliance with military ethics and information security

experience in social networks (preferably for military, volunteer or public organizations)
basic skills in working with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
understanding of social network algorithms and copywriting skills
responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a team
involvement and understanding of military affairs and the specifics of military topics
experience with military symbols, knowledge of the basics of information security

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
