writing texts for publications
generating ideas for a content plan and finding "contact points" with the audience, taking into account the specifics of social networks
regular analysis of indicators, reporting and proposals for the growth of coverage and involvement
coordination of work with content makers to create and package content, taking into account the specifics of social networks

experience in SMM at least 1 year (availability of a portfolio with examples of work is required)
understanding of the principles of social network algorithms
competence in setting up targeted advertising
creativity and adaptability
skills in a graphic editor Photoshop or similar
basic skills in the video editor premiere or similar will be an advantage
responsibility and attention to detail
absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling, etc.)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
