Responsibilities

development and implementation of SMM-strategy in accordance with the overall communication strategy of the unit
maintenance and administration of pages in social networks
formation of a monthly content plan taking into account operational tasks and information security
creation of photo and video content: shooting, editing, processing, designs
writing texts of various formats: from short stories to systematic informational posts
launch and coordination of information and partnership campaigns
coverage of the activities of the unit with strict compliance with safety requirements
regular analysis of indicators, reporting and proposals for the growth of coverage and involvement

higher education degree
at least 2 years of experience in SMM (portfolio is required)
understanding of the principles of social network algorithms
organization, responsibility, creativity, ability to work in conditions of rapid changes
understanding of basic analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
master the tools for creating content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, CapCut/Adobe Premiere)
copywriting skills and understanding of the Ukrainian information field

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from UAH 50,000 to UAH 80,000
guaranteed enrollment in the appropriate unit
