Responsibilities

ensuring the implementation of digital development policies in the military unit
formation of needs for new IT products (information systems and computer programs)
implementation of IT products, ensuring their daily use and collecting feedback to improve them
preparation of analytical materials and reporting
determination of technological needs of departments and formation of proposals for their solution
implementation of digital tools to improve the management, communication and work of military units

availability of education (certifications, courses, etc.) in the field of project management, business analysis
experience in military service will be an advantage
experience in managing IT-related projects
experience in process analysis and process improvement
strong communication skills — facilitation, negotiation, coordination of decisions
experience of digital transformation will be an advantage
Strategic and Systems Thinking
initiative and result orientation
ability to work in conditions of high dynamics, uncertainty and pressure
readiness to work in a military environment and comply with information security requirements

Service under contract
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.

the Social Guarantee
cash allowance from UAH 35,000, depending on the task and place of service
