Responsibilities

support of IT products at all stages of the life cycle
analysis of technical problems of users and search for solutions
organization of product testing and user feedback collection
keeping records of digital resources
preparation of instructions and organization of user training
ensuring the implementation of digital development policies in the military unit
ensuring the operation of digital and information systems
preparation of analytical materials and reporting
participation in process automation and workflow optimization
participation in the collection and processing of information for analytical materials

understanding of the principles of electronic document management
basic understanding of the principles of operation and life cycle of IT products
understanding of modern digital technologies, communication and automation systems
desire to learn and develop in the field of digital technologies
confident use of PC and office applications
experience in IT or administration will be an advantage
experience in collecting user needs and preparing descriptions of technical tasks
confident use of PC (MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace)
ability to work in a team
complete general secondary or vocational/higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
