Responsibilities
- ensuring the operation of digital systems and services in the units of the headquarters
- maintenance, updating and control of data in information systems
- participation in the collection and processing of information for analytical materials
- preparation of reports, tables and official documents
- assistance in the implementation and use of digital tools
- technical support for users (within the unit)
- participation in process automation and workflow optimization
- control of the correctness and relevance of information
Requirements
- complete general secondary or vocational/higher education
- confident use of PC (MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace)
- basic skills in working with data and information systems
- attention to detail and responsibility
- ability to work with a large amount of information
- discipline and ability to work in a team
- desire to learn and develop in the field of digital technologies
