Responsibilities
- support of IT products at all stages of the life cycle
- organization of product testing and user feedback collection
- analysis of technical problems of users and search for solutions
- keeping records of digital resources
- preparation of instructions and organization of user training
Requirements
- basic understanding of the principles of operation and life cycle of IT products
- experience in IT projects or user support will be an advantage
- understanding of the principles of electronic document management
- experience in collecting user needs and preparing descriptions of technical tasks
- understanding of modern digital technologies, communication and automation systems
