Responsibilities
- ensuring interaction between the military unit and civilian structures: state bodies, local governments, local population, humanitarian and international organizations
- monitoring of the humanitarian and civil situation in the area of responsibility (collecting, summarizing and analyzing information about the civilian environment)
Requirements
- the Sergeant Rank
- communication skills, analytical skills, PC knowledge
- experience in working with documents, communication, coordination with government agencies, TCC, social protection authorities
- higher education (legal, sociological, psychological) is desirable
- knowledge of humanitarian law
