Staff Sergeant of the Central Executive Division

Responsibilities

participation in the organization of interaction between the military unit and civilian structures
communication with representatives of state authorities and local self-government
interaction with public and charitable organizations within the official powers
acceptance and processing of appeals and requests in the direction of central executive authorities
collection, systematization and generalization of information
participation in the coordination of humanitarian and social initiatives
assistance in resolving issues arising from military personnel and civilians
maintaining established official documentation and reporting
maintaining up-to-date information about relevant institutions and organizations
timely informing management about problematic issues
performance of other tasks in the area of activity of the CMS section

the presence of the military rank of sergeant
experience in working with documents and service information
developed communication skills
ability to communicate information correctly and clearly
tactfulness, tolerance and diplomacy
responsibility, organization and attentiveness
confident use of PC and office applications
Ability to work with large amounts of information
readiness for service under the Basic Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
stable financial support from UAH 30,000 to UAH 120,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
possibility of service under the Basic Contract with a clearly defined service life
providing the necessary equipment and facilities to perform official tasks
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
