Responsibilities

keeping records and systematization of data of servicemen of the battalion and members of their families who need support (strict observance of information security and protection of personal data)
direct, regular and ethical communication with the families of missing persons, prisoners and fallen servicemen, providing them with only official and verified information
support and assistance to families and wounded soldiers in the collection of documents for registration of social benefits, one-time cash assistance, pensions and benefits
operational interaction with hospitals (healthcare facilities), medical company, CCC and SP, as well as local authorities to solve social and domestic problems of soldiers
coordination of work with volunteer organizations, charitable foundations and providers of social services to meet the urgent needs of military personnel
implementation of regular monitoring of the status of passing the MLK/EKOPF by wounded servicemen

sergeant military rank will be an advantage
confident knowledge of Excel, Word, e-mail
experience in the electronic document management system (EDO) will be an advantage
high level of stress resistance and emotional intelligence
higher, incomplete higher or vocational education (experience in the field of office work, social work, psychology or law will be an advantage)
responsibility, attention to detail (work with important documents and personal data)
readiness to perform tasks in combat areas together with the unit

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance in accordance with the staffing schedule + additional payments (combat / special allowances) depending on the place of performance of tasks

service in a coordinated and mutually supportive staff of the battalion headquarters
