Responsibilities

informing military personnel about social guarantees, benefits and compensations
receiving and processing appeals of military personnel
identification of problematic issues in the direction of social support
providing consultations within the limits of official powers
assistance in preparing the necessary documents and appeals
interaction with the relevant services of the military unit
participation in the accompaniment of servicemen and members of their families in social issues
collection and generalization of information in the field of work
maintenance of established official documentation
timely informing the management about issues that need to be addressed

the presence of the military rank of sergeant
education in the field of social work, law, psychology or related fields – preferably
knowledge of the basics of social security and the rights of military personnel
skills in working with documents
confident use of PC and office applications
developed communication skills
attentiveness, responsibility and organization
tactfulness and ability to work with sensitive appeals
Ability to work with large amounts of information
readiness for service under the Basic Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
the possibility of contract service with a clearly defined service life
providing the necessary equipment and facilities to perform official tasks
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000

support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
