Responsibilities

processing of current documents of the operational department
preparation of calculations within its competence
formation and timely submission of reports and reports to the higher headquarters
maintaining and updating the working documentation of the operational department
compliance with the requirements for the protection of official information

experience in the headquarters, with documentation or in the military administration – preferably
confident use of PC and office applications
competent oral and written speech
attention to detail and high accuracy in working with documents
ability to comply with established procedures and deadlines
business correspondence and documentation skills
readiness for contract service, mobilization or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
providing the necessary equipment, machinery and working tools
opportunity to undergo military and special training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to UAH 70,000 (depending on the place of service)
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
