Responsibilities
- work with the families of dead, missing and captured servicemen
- processing of appeals, applications and complaints of servicemen and members of their families, other citizens, public organizations
- participation in the implementation of measures to support military personnel
- cooperation with CCC and SP in electronic and telephone mode
Requirements
- confident PC user, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- high responsibility, attention to detail, organization
- willingness to work in conditions of increased responsibility
- experience with military documentation will be an advantage
- knowledge of Ukrainian legislation will be an advantage
- communication skills, willingness to constantly learn and develop
