Responsibilities

informing military personnel about their social rights, guarantees, benefits, compensations and the procedure for receiving assistance
identification and collection of information on social problems and needs of servicemen and their families, timely delivery of information to the social support officer
participation in social support of the wounded, sick, servicemen undergoing treatment and rehabilitation, as well as members of their families
maintaining communication with servicemen and family members of servicemen who died, went missing, are in captivity or released from captivity
collection and clarification of information on the needs of servicemen, preparation of the necessary materials and information for the organization of further assistance
participation in cooperation with state authorities, local self-government, medical, social, public and charitable organizations on social support issues
maintaining the established records and preparing information and reporting materials in the direction of social support
execution of the instructions of the social support officer and participation in the activities of the section of the Central Executive Service in the field of activity

Requirements

professional, professional pre-higher or higher education in the areas of "Social Work", "Psychology", "Law", "Sociology" will be an advantage
the presence of the military rank of sergeant
knowledge of the basics of social and legal protection of servicemen and members of their families
ability to work with information and documents
communication skills with military personnel, members of their families and representatives of civilian institutions
proficiency in the state language
sociability, tactfulness and attentiveness to people
Responsibility and Discipline
emotional stability and confidentiality in working with sensitive information
ability to listen carefully, convey information correctly and respond to problematic issues in a timely manner
ability to work in a team and act in conditions of high responsibility
