Responsibilities

informing personnel about benefits, guarantees, compensations provided to servicemen, opportunities to receive consultations from a representative of social support
informing the head of the civil-military cooperation group of the battalion about the problematic issues of servicemen of the military unit in the direction of social support, injuries received, contusions, traumas, about dead servicemen, about missing persons under special circumstances, captured or hostages
participation in the implementation of measures to support military personnel
communication with family members of deceased (dead), missing under special circumstances, captured or hostages, interned in a neutral state of military personnel
report to the officer of the civil-military cooperation group of the battalion on the emergence of problematic issues

responsibility, discipline and organization
ability to work with documents, information and office programs
communication skills, tolerance, ability to convey information correctly
ability to work in a team and make quick, informed decisions
organizational and analytical skills
experience in military service, staff work or work with documentation will be an advantage
