Responsibilities

direct control of the personnel of the department during the execution of combat missions and firing
aiming weapons at targets, adjusting fire and controlling the accuracy of fire missions
organization of equipment, camouflage and defense of the firing positions of the department
control over the technical condition, proper maintenance, preservation of weapons, optical devices and means of communication
organization of receipt, transportation, accounting and proper storage of ammunition in the department
conducting classes on combat, tactical and technical training for the personnel of the department
maintaining strict military discipline, high moral and psychological state of subordinates and keeping records of the department

higher, vocational or complete secondary education
presence of sergeant military rank
fitness for military service due to health and high moral and psychological qualities
readiness to perform tasks directly on the contact line and organize combat work of the crews
experience in working with standard weapons of the department (mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns or anti-tank missile systems), knowledge of topography and shooting rules
high level of responsibility, leadership qualities, stress resistance, ability to make quick decisions in extreme conditions and willingness to constantly learn

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
