Responsibilities

keeping records of battalion personnel: updating lists, staffing, movement of personnel (arrival, departure, transfer)
preparation and execution of personnel group documents: draft orders for personnel, orders, reports, lists, extracts
control of completeness and correctness of data in documents received from departments (questionnaires, reports, submissions): verification of details, dates, signatures
maintaining electronic registers: tables for accounting personnel, vacations, business trips, injuries, awards, penalties
timely clarification and report on the movement of personnel to the head of the personnel group and the battalion headquarters
ensuring proper storage of personnel documents (personal files, journals, registers)

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
education not lower than complete general secondary (preferably higher / incomplete higher education (law, management, administrative, personnel, HR))
experience in working with documentation / in the field of office work or personnel accounting from 1 year is desirable
confident knowledge of MS Word, Excel, e-mail, working with tables, filters, accounting registers
attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work with a large volume of documents without loss of quality
ability to draw up/edit official documents (orders, reports, certificates, lists)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 20,000 + additional cash reward of 30,000 hryvnias, based on the performance of tasks and combat orders
military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation
