Responsibilities

maintaining staff records of personnel, registration of personal files and preparation of personnel orders of the unit
support of the processes of appointment, transfer, dismissal of military personnel and assignment of military ranks
registration of recruitment of new candidates and keeping current records of the personnel of the unit
work with the electronic document management system and personnel accounting databases

presence of a non-commissioned rank (or combat experience / appropriate level of training to obtain it)
mandatory experience in military personnel or staff positions from 1 year
knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine on military service and the procedure for maintaining military records
complete secondary or higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from 23 000 + additional payments up to 30 000 UAH depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
