Responsibilities

execution and preparation of orders, orders, reports and other official documents
work with internal document management and communication
publication of vacancies of departments (on platforms such as Lobby X, Work.ua), work with databases and social networks
conducting interviews (skills, experience and motivation assessment) and informing candidates
assistance to the candidate in the preparation of documents
assistance in the selection of a position that best corresponds to education, civil profession and the desire of a citizen

the presence of a rank not higher than the sergeant (or the presence of an appropriate rank for transfer)
fluency in PC (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, modern electronic document management systems)
responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work with confidential information
Ability to communicate with people
ability to find solutions and use the necessary skills in work

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
