Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

design, implementation and support of automated test scenarios
ensuring high quality, repeatability and scalability of automated tests
analysis of technical and business requirements and their transformation into automated test scenarios
analysis of the results of automated testing, detection and documentation of defects, control of their elimination
conducting code reviews of automated tests, control of quality standards and adherence to best practices
search and implementation of opportunities to optimize test processes and increase automation efficiency
close interaction with developers, analysts, QA specialists to ensure high product quality

understanding of testing theory and the ability to effectively apply this knowledge in practice to write automated tests
mandatory knowledge of Java and modern practices of object-oriented programming
experience with Apache Maven to manage build and dependencies
hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot will be an advantage
experience in automated testing REST API
experience in testing automation using Selenide
ability to apply Page Object, Page Fragment design templates
experience with TestNG to organize and perform automated tests
work with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, integration of tests into software delivery pipelines
experience with MongoDB and understanding of the basics of NoSQL databases will be an advantage
motivation, independence and ability to solve complex problems on time
