Engineer and sapper platoon

Responsibilities

demining of territories, roads and objects
installation and disposal of mine-explosive barriers
creation of engineering structures, fortifications and positions for equipment and personnel
ensuring the safety of tank crews during combat missions
search, identification and disposal of explosive devices
participation in combat operations as part of a platoon and providing engineering and technical support
Tasks in coordination with unit commanders

age from 18 years
fitness for service due to health and moral and business qualities
resilience to stressful situations, determination and attention to detail
physical endurance and willingness to work in extreme conditions
high level of discipline and responsibility
knowledge of the basics of engineering will be an advantage
skills in working with explosive devices and knowledge of safety will be an advantage
courses in mine-explosive or military engineering will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of modern means of protection and engineering equipment
the possibility of regular training and advanced training
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days, additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
a full package of social benefits, health benefits and other types of financial assistance
feeling of pride for service in the elite unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
